I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your recent donation to Restoration, Inc. Our program supports veterans and disabled veteran couples, who have served our country with honor.
In 2022 my wife Kara and I decided that the best thing we can do for these veteran couples is to help them become successful members of their community. Especially knowing that many of them have suffered from the trauma of combat since 9/11.
Our mission is to “give veterans a new vision on life after service, through mentorship and recreational therapy in the great outdoors”. We believe that our values of Accountability, Compassion and Community are truly the pillars that make this a success.
For many, homecomings are difficult and are often very painful lonely times. When these men and women recover from their traumatic experiences or injuries and return to their communities, they need camaraderie and a safe place to continue healing. At Restoration, Inc. we strive to provide this for them and is our way of showing them the gratitude which they deserve. We do so by providing them with a trip of a lifetime in the great outdoors at one of our partnered locations that we call “bases”. These bases are a very important part of their recovery and allow us to fellowship with camaraderie and create a lifelong mentorship agreement. This mentorship agreement allows us to help them set goals and plans to reintegrate successfully back into their communities. This is our way of giving back to them and comes at absolutely no cost to them for life, thanks to generous donors like you.
